Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldExperience of the foreign exchange business domain from either a trading or payments perspectiveExperience with the agile software development framework, with a substantial experience in high pressure, time critical environmentsDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectivesTechnical Self-Sufficiency – experience with SQL, JSON, XML etc; understanding of APIs, webservices, technical architecture, cyber security
