As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field

Hands-on experience in Business Analysis work experience in a Software Development Project 

Proficiency in business applications and experienced in data analysis   

Ability to write simple SQL to analyze data 

Experience in Lean/Agile Methodologies and knowledge 

Experience using tools like JIRA or confluence 

Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  and informal leadership skills and teamwork skills

Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

 

Database skills, preferably in OracleExperience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantageCash Management and Payments knowledge 

Technical background and an understanding of the financial industry
