As a Solution Analyst in the FRO Technology group, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. You'll be working closely with the business and strategy teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements, as well as creating & designing data models, and performing data governance. Given the nature of work, you will also be performing business intake management. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

Drive the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibilityDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projectsModel the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructureUtilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiativesWork towards the application of solution analysis and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BS/BA degree with experience in a business/solution analyst or equivalent role in understanding business requirementsExperience in managing senior business stakeholders in global contextProficiency in business applications, data usage, and managementExperience with SQL and data management knowledgeAbility to work collaboratively with the Product and Engineering Teams to understand the engineering roadmap and strategyDocument requirements and propose solutionsWell versed with JIRA or similar agile project management software creating stories, tracking story progress, etc.Hands on experience in the functional design of complex enterprise systemsA commercial mind-set to deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies to achieve sustained efficiency; an innovative thought process; focus on simplificationAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goalsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions

 

 Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Detailed understanding & experience with software development frameworks like AGILE is desiredExperience with tools like JIRA, SQL Developer, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma etc. is desired  

Experience in software related to Resiliency Management or Business Continuity Plan or Operational Risk is desired
