Solutions Analyst III

As a Solutions Analyst III in Identity and Access Management (IA&M), you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job responsibilities

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needsWrites and maintains stories in JIRA, evaluating readiness and outcomes, and proceeding with additional iterations, develop and prioritize a product backlog, and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)Monitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingAdvanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboardsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to gather and act on customer feedback.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are a plus.
