Job Profile Summary:
This role is highly focused on selling market-ready portfolio of solutions across the entire commercial value chain, including Data‑as‑a‑Service, Data Management & Transformation, Data Governance, Reporting & Performance Management, Technology‑enabled analytics, Sales & commercial planning, Next‑best action, and AI/agentic solutions. The ideal candidate will have necessary subject matter expertise and experience in selling and/or delivering these solutions to life-science customers.Essential Functions
Trusted solution sales partner: Partners with account teams, KAMs, practice leaders in sales pursuits, helping them close high value deals using our solutions.Adopts a “hunting in a pack” mentality: Actively partners with account teams to pursue opportunities to grow accounts and expand IQVIA's footprint in the market.Meets or exceeds assigned revenue and sales targets by effectively managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.Develops tailored solutions for clients, presenting and pitching services to senior executives and decision-makers.Serves as subject matter expert for our solutions with ability to have not just strategic value-based conversations with executives but also set up and drive deep dive workshops into solution details to illustrate client-specific use cases.Thinks outside the box and bring creative ideas to solve challenging problems or complex/unique use cases, including but not limited to other IQVIA solutions, teams and/or services.Co-owns proposal development with a focus on delivering compelling, client-centric solutions.Serves as the voice of the customer in collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Offering, Product, and Delivery, to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies.Enhances IQVIA’s market presence by contributing to thought leadership, attending conferences, and expanding professional networks.Assumes responsibility for talent and people development within the team, helping build a high-performing and motivated workforce.Required Education and Experience

Experience
Typically requires 15+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record in sales, business development, or related roles.Demonstrated success in selling complex commercial solutions and closing large-scale deals.Extensive experience in building and managing a pipeline of opportunities and achieving or exceeding revenue targetsKnowledge

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
