As a Solution Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating high-quality products and services that delight customers and deliver real business value. Acting as the bridge between business needs, technical teams, and stakeholders, you’ll define problems, design solutions, and guide execution across the entire product lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, and customer-facing teams to turn ideas into scalable, robust solutions.
Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable designs that balance innovation with practicality.
Leverage artificial intelligence tools to analyse complex problems, explore design options, assess risks, and accelerate the production of deliverables (specifications, diagrams, impact analyses)—while retaining full ownership and accountability for final design decisions.
Assess risks, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that meet quality standards.
Influence the direction of products and services used by thousands of customers.
Support teams during complex issues, providing clarity and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
