We’re looking for a Solution Designer to help shape the future of our Payroll and HR SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between product strategy and delivery, ensuring we build solutions that solve real customer pain points, address compliance needs, and deliver seamless user experiences.

You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the business to define clear, valuable requirements and lead the translation of user needs into high-impact product features. This is a key role in turning strategic vision into actionable work that directly improves outcomes for professional users in payroll and HR.
