CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect - Enterprise Transformation position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Assist in establishing IT Architecture practice for AT&T and promote adoption of architecture and standards methodology. Manage activities across solution ideation, design, and implementation. Review business context for solutions, define vision and requirements, recommend potential options, select the optimal solution, and develop a roadmap for implementation. Communicate architecture to stakeholders and collaborate with domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards. Champion a structured approach to AT&T business application solutions, supporting domain roadmaps and project portfolios. Support architectural aspects of all application projects across IT portfolios. Identify and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options, incorporating productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership considerations. Develop and execute solutions that reduce reactive work. Provide analysis of security protection technologies and other architectural considerations. Skills: Strong understanding of AT&T Enterprise architectural patterns. Ability to consult clients on Architecture strategy and roadmaps. Excellent communication skills to articulate architecture and collaborate with stakeholders. Familiarity with IT solution lifecycle from ideation to implementation. Experience supporting solution architecture programs, domain roadmaps, and project portfolios. Experience: Proven experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture within large-scale IT environments. Experience working with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions and implementation strategies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
