About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Soldering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)Inspect and test soldered connections for quality and reliabilityRead and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructionsOperate soldering equipment and tools safely and effectivelyRework and repair defective assemblies as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocolsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus2+ years of soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environmentProficiency in soldering to IPC standards (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 preferred)Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to work under a microscope for extended periodsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Skills:IPC Certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience with SMT rework and BGA solderingFamiliarity with quality control processes and documentation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
