**🔧Soldering Technician – 3-Month Contract**
📍 _Location: Grantsville, UT_
💵 _Pay: $25–$30/hour_
🕒 _Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_

**🔍What You’ll Do**
+ Perform hand soldering of electronic components on PCBs using soldering irons, reflow ovens, and hot air rework stations.
+ Assemble and inspect electronic devices and subcomponents with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Conduct visual inspections to ensure solder joints meet industry standards.
+ Use testing equipment to verify circuit functionality and troubleshoot issues.
+ Rework and repair defective components with precision.
+ Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
+ Follow ESD protocols and maintain detailed records of your work.
**🛠️What You Bring**
+ Strong proficiency in hand soldering(through-hole and surface mount).
+ Solid understanding of electronic components, schematics, and circuits.
+ Experience withIPC-A-610andJ-STD-001standards (preferred).
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
+ A steady hand, sharp eye, and commitment to quality.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
