**Job Title: Soldering Technician** **Job Description** As a Soldering Technician, you will be responsible for soldering small circuit boards used in sensors and relay switches across various industries. These components are intricate and often require magnification for proper handling. You will follow detailed work instructions and wiring diagrams to ensure the correct placement of wires. The position involves both Surface Mount and Through Hole soldering techniques, and candidates will undergo a soldering test to determine their suitability for specific tasks. **Responsibilities** + Solder small circuit boards used in sensors and relay switches. + Utilize magnification tools for handling intricate components. + Follow work instructions and wiring diagrams for accurate wire placement. + Perform both Surface Mount and Through Hole soldering techniques. + Take a soldering test to assess proficiency in different soldering areas. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in soldering, either Surface Mount or Through Hole. + Ability to work on small components requiring magnification. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions and wiring diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Experience in small part assembly is beneficial. + Candidates should have some solder experience or small part assembly experience. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a temp-to-hire opportunity in a supportive work environment.
