Responsible for the assembly of the company’s products within prescribed specifications, ensuring efficient machine operation by performing various duties. This role requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to company specifications.Operate production machines to produce parts in line with established standards.Use hand tools properly and effectively.Interpret drawings and assembly instructions, both verbal and written.Detect and report any workmanship defects or flaws immediately.Identify and report any machine or tool malfunctions.Prepare parts for painting and/or shipping, including gluing, taping, and cleaning.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Document production activities as needed.Perform related tasks such as counting, packaging, labeling, or bagging parts or raw materials.Work individually or as part of a team.Essential SkillsSoldering training with a minimum of 6 months experience.Ability to interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.Experience in electronic assembly and surface mount technology.Proficiency in hand soldering and assembly.Knowledge of IPC 610 standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsRecent experience in EM Assembly within the past 1 to 2 years.Good verbal and written communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment features a manufacturing casual dress code, where closed-toe shoes, pants, t-shirts, and jackets are appropriate. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on the first shift. Each assembler will have their own workstation equipped with the necessary tools in a dynamic and evolving production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
