Solderer Assembler - Kearny Mesa Location - $22/hr-$30/hr

1st shift M-F, Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Read work orders and follow production documentation or sample assemblies.Receive verbal instructions regarding duties.Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, bag and tag, soldering, potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrink, PC board soldering, backshelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, kitting, create wire lists, and pin extraction.Assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and commit to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

Proficient in soldering, assembly, labeling, wire cutting, crimping, and harness assembly.Ability to use microscopes.Proficient with long nose pliers, side cutter, and soldering iron.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with heat shrinking, stuffing, and soldering wire to wire, connectors, and thru-hole.Ability to handle epoxy and solder cups.Familiarity with splicing cables and strip wire.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
