ResponsibilitiesPerform precise soldering on wires to PCBs and control boards.Work on an assembly line producing high-standard productsRead and interpret schematics to execute tasks accurately.Ensure quality standards are met with each assembled product.
Essential SkillsProven soldering experience.Ability to read schematics from a computer.Basic computer literacy to access and interpret schematics.Availability to work 50+ hours per week, including some weekends.High School Diploma is required.

Work Environment
This production environment prioritizes quality. You will work primarily seated at a workstation, focusing on intricate soldering tasks. The job offers two shifts: 1st shift from 6:15 AM to 3:15 PM and 2nd shift from 3:15 PM to 10:15 PM. Expect mandated 10-hour shifts with frequent Saturday and occasional Sunday work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
