Solder Technician - $25/hrArlington, Tx

Job Description

This role involves reworking completed assemblies, processing, testing, and working with mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components in accordance with IAW IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 requirements. Strong experience in the manufacturing processes of Circuit Cards, Cables, Subassemblies, and Box Assemblies is essential.

ResponsibilitiesRework completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.Interpret drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.Perform soldering and conformal coating on Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) as per IAW IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards.Interface effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management to resolve quality issues.Use personal computers proficiently for work-related tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in soldering, assembly, SMT, electronic assembly, and blueprint interpretation.Experience with thru-hole circuit boards, IPC standards, inspection, hand tools, wiring, and production.Mechanical assembly and soldering assembly skills.Certified as an IPC-A-610 Specialist.Certified as an IPC-J-STD-001 Specialist.2+ years of combined experience in CCA, Cable, and Mechanical manufacturing.Ability to interpret requirements and identify non-conformances.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP and manufacturing execution systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with personal computers.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
