**Seeking an experienced: Solder Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Solder Technician, where you will solder components such as diodes, capacitors, SMT, thru-hole, and resistors onto printed circuit boards. This position offers multiple shift options to accommodate your schedule. **Responsibilities** + Perform hand soldering of electronic components on wires, cables, and printed circuit boards using soldering irons and other tools. + Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate component placement and soldering. + Inspect finished assemblies to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications. + Troubleshoot and repair soldering defects as necessary. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and best practices. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in soldering on cables and wires. + Proficiency in soldering techniques for electronic components. + Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with wire harness assembly is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and engaging work environment with exciting perks such as an onsite gym, health counselors, and therapists. Dress code is casual, suitable for a hands-on role. **Job Type & Location** This position based out of Seminole, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.45/hr.
