Solder & Electronic Assembler
Job Title: AssemblerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, ensuring precision and quality in each task.

ResponsibilitiesCut and prepare cables for assembly.Hand solder through-hole components with accuracy.Cut and grind steel hoses as required.Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.Utilize both hand tools and power tools efficiently.Adapt to and perform other tasks as needed.Essential SkillsExcellent hand dexterity.Ability to follow instructions in English, both written and verbal.Dependability and strong work ethics.Willingness to learn and punctuality.Ability to work well in a team environment.Capability to perform tasks while sitting or standing.Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious soldering skills are advantageous.Experience with electronic assembly, hand tools, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly.Familiarity with small parts, electronics, soldering, and circuit boards.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a small, close-knit shop environment with only 5-6 employees at a time. The role requires managing your own time and completing daily requirements with little to no supervision once fully trained.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
