**Job Title:** Solar Installer / Laborer......... up to Journey man electrician **Location:** Waipahu, Oahu **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Long-Term **Company Overview:** We’re a small but growing solar company based in Waipahu with commercial projects located across the island. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team and help us deliver quality solar installations. **Position Summary:** As a Solar Installer / Laborer, you’ll assist with the installation of commercial solar systems. This includes physical labor, basic setup, and support tasks on-site. No prior experience is required for entry-level roles, but experienced candidates will be compensated accordingly. **Schedule:** + Monday to Friday + 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM + Minimal overtime required **Pay Range:** + **$20/hr** – Entry-level, no experience + **$25–$27/hr** – With solar or construction experience + **Up to $35/hr** – For candidates with strong electrical experience (details to be discussed) **Requirements:** + Driver’s license preferred but not required + Reliable transportation preferred + Ability to perform physical labor outdoors + Willingness to work on commercial job sites across Oahu + Team-oriented attitude and punctuality **Why Join Us?** + Steady, long-term employment + Opportunity to grow with a small, supportive team + Plenty of upcoming projects across the island \#Aerojobshawaii **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
