**Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Superintendent to oversee the construction and installation of commercial solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from start to finish. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and supervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installations. + Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. + Monitor project progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards. + Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance. + Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. + Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders on status updates. + Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of experience in solar construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. + Proven track record managing commercial solar builds. + Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices. + OSHA 30 certification preferred. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to travel to project sites as needed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr. 401K company car credit card **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Fontana,CA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Sep 26, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
