**Solar Quality Control Technician**
💵 _Pay: $22–$26/hour_
🕒 _Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day Shift_
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a **Solar Quality Control Technician** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the **quality, safety, and compliance** of solar energy systems through detailed inspections, testing, and documentation. Your work will directly support the performance, reliability, and safety of our solar installations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform **on-site inspections** of solar PV systems (residential and/or commercial).
+ Use testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, IV curve tracers, thermal cameras) to verify system performance.
+ Ensure compliance with **NEC, OSHA** , and local building codes.
+ Identify and document any issues or deficiencies and communicate them to the installation team.
+ Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in solar installation, electrical inspection, or quality control preferred.
+ Familiarity with solar PV systems and testing tools.
+ Strong understanding of safety standards and electrical codes.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams.

+ **Days** : Monday to Saturday
+ **Shift** : Day shift
+ **Pay** : $22–$26/hour (based on experience and certifications)

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
