Job Title: QA/QC Manager

Job Description

Seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for commercial solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects ranging from 1 to 10 MW. As part of an electrical contracting team, the QA/QC Manager will play a critical role in maintaining construction standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting successful project delivery from mobilization through commissioning.

ResponsibilitiesOversee quality assurance and quality control for commercial solar and BESS projects.Ensure compliance with project specifications and construction standards.Support successful project delivery from mobilization through commissioning.Manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project goals are met.Essential Skills3-5 years of solar experience within commercial or utility scale.Understanding of NCEE Codes.Experience in QA/QC within the solar industry.3+ years of experience in construction management, including site management and collaboration with subcontractors.Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.NABCEP certification.OSHA 30 certification.CPR/First Aid certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a plus.Proficiency in similar platforms to Procore and Bluebeam is preferred.Work Environment

This role involves traveling 90% of the time throughout California, providing a dynamic and hands-on work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, California, however will be traveling all over CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
