Our client, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Solar Panel Installer to join their team. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be part of the dedicated installation department supporting the renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to safety, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solar Panel Installer

Location: Pasadena, TX

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate installation. Install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, racking systems, and related equipment on commercial rooftops. Perform site assessments and assist with system layout and design to optimize performance. Connect solar systems to electrical components in compliance with local codes and safety standards. Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in solar installation, electrical work, or construction preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license required.
