**Job Title: Solar Laborer - Irvine, CA** Job Description Join our team as a Solar Laborer for an exciting rooftop solar installation project in San Diego. This short-term opportunity involves working on a commercial rooftop at a large retail store, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the installation process. Responsibilities + Assist with layout and panel installation. + Wire management. + Install and secure sleeves from row to row. + Perform general rooftop labor and cleanup as needed. Essential Skills + Minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or construction labor. + Familiarity with rooftop safety and basic solar installation practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to bring and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc. + Experience with compact and basic hand tools.
