Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

As a Laborer on the Module Install team, you will play a crucial role in assisting operators with unloading trucks and placing modules in the laydown yard. You will also help move modules to workstations, where you will lift 25-30lbs repeatedly during installation on racks. Additionally, you will carry old modules and cables to dumpsters, and use power drills and hand tools to install modules swiftly to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Outdoor work experience.General labor skills.Mechanically inclined.Experience in construction and installation.Familiarity with racking, modules, and electrical systems.1 year of hand or power tool experience in construction or manufacturing.Ability to lift 30+lbs repeatedly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of outdoor work experience.Experience as a cable puller.

Work Environment

Work in a non-residential construction environment, primarily outdoors, where you may encounter extreme temperature conditions. The job requires comfort with fast-paced tasks and handling pressure to meet daily production goals. The work area has uneven grounds, necessitating comfort with walking in such conditions throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
