Now Hiring: Solar Installers in Paramus, NJ!

We’re seeking a Solar Installer to support electrical and mechanical installations on commercial solar projects. This role involves rooftop work and occasional installations on structures like water tanks.

Responsibilities:

Install solar systems, both electrical and mechanical componentsWork on flat rooftops and other elevated surfacesCollaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficientlyFollow safety protocols, especially when working at heights

Qualifications:

Experience with solar or electrical installations preferredComfortable working outdoors and at heightsFamiliarity with commercial solar systems is a plus

Work Environment:

The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week.$22-$26/HR- dependent on experience. Outdoor, rooftop-based work with adherence to safety standards. Weather-dependent conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
