We are seeking 12 mechanical laborers to join our team for an exciting underground installation project related to the mechanical portion of a self-perform solar project. The role involves installing modules and utilizing both hand and power tools, as well as performing various labor tasks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform underground installation work for solar project components.Install modules with precision and accuracy.Use hand and power tools efficiently.Conduct labor tasks as needed.Essential SkillsProficient in electrical work, conduit, and wiring.Ability to troubleshoot and interpret blueprints and industrial schematics.Experience in pulling wire and conduit bending.Knowledge of pipe bending and running conduit.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' solar mechanical experience within the last 3 years or general construction labor experience.OSHA 10 certification is required.Flexibility to perform labor and non-related tasks as needed.Why Work Here?Join a rapidly growing industry with projected growth in the US. Work EnvironmentThe role is based outdoors at a solar project in Gretna, VA within a new construction environment. Work is scheduled for five shifts per week, starting at 7 AM daily, with three breaks throughout the day. Saturdays may also be utilized for additional shifts. A daily safety talk is conducted each morning before work commences, and appropriate outdoor work clothing is required on site.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
