Job Description
As a Solar Foreman you will be managing and overseeing commercial solar projects through out the central valley. Your role includes writing daily reports, training and leading a team as well as ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules and safety protocols.
ResponsibilitiesOrganizing and staging equipment and materialsInstalling solar modules, panels, and racking systemsOverseeing all aspects of the installationProviding quality assuranceWrite daily reports documenting project progress and challenges.Train and guide new hires, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.Conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.Requirements Proven experience managing commercial solar projects as a lead or a foreman 3+ years of experience in electrical and solar installationStrong communication skills- coordinating with owners and other contractorsAbility to work comfortably outdoors in diverse weather conditions including hot, cold, and wet for a full day’s shiftValid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
