Job Title: Solar Construction Laborer

Duties

Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels and related equipment on job sitesPrepare work areas by unloading materials, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and suppliesInstall modules, assemble racking systems, and ensure thorough site cleanup to maintain safety and project quality

Hours: 7:30am-6pm (Monday-Saturday)

Pay Rate:

$24/hr - for individuals without solar experience$27/hr - for individuals with solar experience

Contract Length: 4 month project

***This position is 100% outdoors***

This is a Permanent position based out of Jonesville, MI.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
