**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Junior level Software Test Engineer** in **Huntsville, AL** to join a team of software, test, and systems engineers who develop, test, and maintain the Common Application Suite for Link 16 (CASL) software. CASL is a Windows and Linux desktop application suite used to allow the user to interface with the Link 16 terminals when connected to the Link-16 networks. Candidate would work as part of a small team with the end goal of creating automated test scripts and manual testing for future CASL software releases. **Responsibilities:** + Write automated test scripts using the **JavaScript** and **Python programming language** + **Develop test criteria and test steps** to ensure software is functioning properly + Coordinate with developers to report bugs and provide feedback + Execute **regression tests** regularly and report issues as soon as they are encountered + **Investigate test failures** and document clear steps to reproduce them **Qualifications** **Education Requirements:** + A Bachelor's Degree and zero (0) years of experience are required.
