The Risk, P&L & Finance Tech - CIB Tech Brazil team is responsible for the technical systems that underpin our financial controls and regulatory compliance. We manage the platforms that perform Risk Calculations and P&L Positions, ensuring the business has accurate data for P&L Explain and performance analysis. Our work ensures a reliable flow of information from trading activities through to the General Ledger and Subledger systems.
Beyond daily processing, our team owns the architecture for Reconciliations, Asset Liability Management (ALM), and Regulatory Reporting. We focus on building stable, automated workflows that meet both internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements. Joining this area means managing critical data pipelines where precision and system reliability are the top priorities.

As a Risk, P&L & Finance Tech Manager, you will be a key leader at the intersection of Finance, Risk Management, and Cutting-edge Technology. You will lead the digital transformation of platforms supporting Profit and Loss (P&L) control, financial risk management, and accounting processes for BBVA CIB in Brazil.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure data integrity, automate complex financial processes, and deliver tech solutions that meet both local business needs and BBVA Group global standards.
