Key Responsibilities

• Interpret the strategic vision provided by Senior Leadership (Architecture, Product, Engineering) and translate it into detailed solution designs.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, architecture principles, and security/compliance standards.
• Utilise existing design patterns; where gaps exist, work with infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and engineering teams to create new patterns.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Provide architectural input during delivery and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams and specifications.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in solution design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

skills.
• Desirable: Experience with CIS domains, particularly Applications & Onboarding (A&O) and Collections
