The role

Software Portfolio Manager Associate – Compliance

contract type: full-time | location: Bucharest, Romania | working model: hybrid (office approx. 1 per week)

As a Software Portfolio Manager Associate you will support our global software asset management and compliance processes. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing software costs, ensuring license compliance, and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

 

 

What you’ll do

Support software demand management, procurement, contract negotiation, and license compliance activities.Maintain accurate software asset data and assist in related service management processes.Advise on licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual) and support cost optimization initiatives.Ensure software compliance, support audits, and help mitigate legal or licensing risks.Maintain the software catalog and ensure third‑party software use aligns with contractual and internal requirements.Contribute to process improvements and automation to support efficiency and cost optimization.
What we need to see from you

2–4 years of experience in IT consulting, software sales, license sourcing, or software procurement.Understanding of software licensing models and vendor ecosystems.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and clear communication.Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment is an advantage.Motivated to learn, improve processes, and support service excellence.
