Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Advanced certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Azure, GCP), DevOps, or SRE practices are a plus.6+ Years of Strong programming skills in Java and Python, with experience in building scalable systems and internal tools.6+ Years of Deep understanding of microservice architecture, cloud-native platforms, and infrastructure-as-code.Hands-on experience with LLMs, SLMs, and agentic AI systems, especially in tooling and automation contexts.6+ Years of Expertise in Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog), and incident management frameworks.Familiarity with Amelia or similar chatbot platforms for operational automation and support.Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and operational risk management in engineering environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.Job Expectations:
6+ Years of experience in Leading and Scale SRE PracticesDrive the adoption and evolution of SRE principles across platform teams, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient while meeting defined service level objectives (SLOs).Build and Evolve Internal ToolingOversee the design and development of internal tools and platforms that enhance observability, incident response, automation, and developer productivity.Drive Operational ExcellenceEstablish a culture of continuous improvement through blameless postmortems, proactive risk mitigation, and data-driven reliability engineering.Mentor and Grow High-Performing TeamsAttract, develop, and retain top SRE and platform engineering talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-accountability team environment.6+ Years of experience in Leading SRE Strategy & Execution: Champion SRE principles across engineering teams, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and reliability metrics.Architect and Develop Internal Tooling: Build scalable internal platforms and tools that enhance observability, automation, incident response, and developer experience.AI-Driven Reliability Solutions: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs, SLMs, and agentic systems into reliability tooling, predictive monitoring, and intelligent automation.Microservices & Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee reliability and performance of distributed microservices deployed across cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, containers, serverless).Team Leadership & Development: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SREs and platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, infrastructure, and AI engineering teams to embed reliability and resilience throughout the software lifecycle.Posting End Date:
