**Software Engineering Senior Manager** Position Overview Seeking a software engineer senior manager to join the Evernorth ODES Engineering team. This role will lead a team focused on delivering API services and SI services adhering to enterprise development best practices. This is a highly collaborative team that owns and builds some of the most critical business capabilities that are deployed individually and/or collectively across multiple applications, platforms, and devices. Craftsmanship, pride in ownership and passion for excellence are core expectations. This role will lead developers who have experience developing APIs, RDS/ODS, MDM, SI and GenAI solutions. The Senior Manager will navigate, influence, and deliver results by working with multiple teams. They are expected to work closely with developers, technical project managers, principal engineers and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements.
