You will be engaged in support activities with our Databricks enterprise platform, assisting users and troubleshooting Production issues with ETL pipelines. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance operational strategy - Manage performance monitoring across our assets to ensure proper measuring, reporting, and alerting on anomalies and incidents - Collaborate with engineering and application delivery teams in developing and testing automation of repetitive, manual efforts - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the SRE practice - Contribute to team projects improving our operational strategy through AI integration - Track and document repeated incidents to eliminate recurring problems - Support of our Databricks user base and critical ETL pipelines Qualifications Required Skills: - Strong skills in troubleshooting and documentation of operational procedures - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience with Agile methodology - A desire to learn and grow your experience - Good communications skills. Location & Hours of Work • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
