Software Engineering Senior Analyst
As a Software Engineering Senior Analyst, you will help shape the systems that turn complex data into trusted insights. Guided by experienced leaders and supported by a collaborative team, you will grow your technical skills while delivering meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real problems, learning every day, and contributing to data platforms that support the entire enterprise. **Responsibilities** • Contribute to the design and development of an enterprise data warehouse and data lake that brings together customer, provider, claims, client, and benefits data into a unified, reliable source. • Deliver well‑scoped engineering and data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and informed business decisions. • Translate defined requirements into thoughtful technical designs and configurations for assignments of intermediate complexity. • Analyze data in structured environments to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement. • Resolve non‑routine technical issues escalated from junior team members, applying sound judgment and a learning mindset. • Work independently within team standards to complete day‑to‑day information management tasks, anticipating needs and risks. • Collaborate with teammates to assess and resolve defects and incidents, escalating when appropriate. • Continuously build technical knowledge and skills, applying new learning to strengthen systems and processes. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** • Minimum **3 years of experience** in software engineering, data engineering, or information management roles. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Hands‑on experience working with data engineering concepts and data pipelines. • Exposure to ETL tools such as Databricks or similar platforms. • Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL scripts. • Working knowledge of Java and front‑end UI concepts. • Solid delivery skills, with the ability to complete work at a steady pace, break tasks into manageable pieces, and meet commitments. • Strong problem‑solving skills, including debugging unfamiliar code, identifying root causes, and learning from mistakes. • Clear and respectful communication skills, with the ability to document work, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively. **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse or analytics platforms. • Exposure to data mining or pattern analysis in large datasets. • Interest in mentoring or supporting less‑experienced team members.
