Position Overview We are seeking an expert Data Modeler at the Senior Advisor level to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data models and reusable data products. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, ensuring that data schemas are optimized for both short-term agility and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data modeling, data architecture, and the creation of data assets that can be leveraged across multiple business domains. Roles & Responsibilities • Architect and design enterprise data models to support analytics, AI, and operational use cases. • Define and drive data strategy, including data lifecycle management, metadata standards, lineage, and stewardship practices. • Develop reusable data products and assets that can be leveraged across the organization. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. • Establish and promote data modeling best practices, standards, and governance. • Evaluate and select appropriate data modeling tools and technologies. • Ensure data models support both current business needs and future growth. • Mentor and guide junior data modelers and data engineers.
