As an Software Engineer - Product Inventory Management in our Global Technology Solutions department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality systems and solutions in our Global Merchandise Technology team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement retail Merchandise technology solutions in a global enterprise environment. This role will be a key contributor in the design and development of Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Space Planning, Allocation and Replenishment IT initiatives using product driven delivery model.

Responsibilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work that includes designing and developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems and applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows the outline. Conduct thorough testing of systems and applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively addressing any issues and proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes related to integrations and data flows. Maintain and update documentation related to system design, development, and maintenance processes.Provide guidance to associate level employees along with keeping up to date with the latest updates and best practices in Dell Boomi and integration technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience with data integration in a retail environment.Minimum 3 years experience with open source languages such as Python or Java and Kafka APIs.Experience with Dell Boomi is a plus. The annual base salary range is $70,000 - $110,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
