This role demands deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of influencing architecture decisions and mentoring engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and ensure that Salesforce serves as a core pillar of our digital transformation journey. What you’ll do + Solution Architecture: Define, design, and implement enterprise-scale architecture leveraging Salesforce core capabilities, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations. Lead technical design sessions and code reviews to ensure best practices. + Technology Strategy: Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of Salesforce ecosystem within the enterprise, aligning platform capabilities with business goals. + Cross-Platform Engineering: Lead complex integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise systems. Champion data strategy and API-first design. + Innovation & Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, performance tuning, and automation through DevOps and CI/CD best practices. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to business and product teams, translating high-level requirements into actionable, scalable solutions. + Governance & Standards: Establish engineering standards, enforce code quality, and ensure platform governance in collaboration with security and compliance teams. + Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers across multiple teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. What you’ll need: + Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in the Salesforce ecosystem including complex multi-cloud implementations. Technical Skills: + Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud + Deep experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and external integrations (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda) + Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD tooling (AutoRABIT, Azure DevOps), and source control + Familiarity with Event-driven architecture, Pub/Sub, and modern API gateways + Leadership & Soft Skills: + Strong architectural thinking, decision-making, and documentation skills + Proven experience guiding distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives + Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders Why CBRE?
