Your Team's Impact
Clarion team is dedicated to developing a centralized data catalog platform designed to enable seamless discovery and exploration of data assets by both individuals and GenAI applications. We are seeking an accomplished and meticulous Software Engineer who will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of the data catalog fostering ease of access and driving innovation in data-driven initiatives across the organization.

What You’II Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for a centralized data catalog platform, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.
Implement robust APIs utilizing Python and FastAPI, focusing on scalability, documentation, and ease of integration with GenAI applications.
Experience with Vue.Js , Type Script and other related technologies.
Experience with Data Bricks is appreciated.
Develop and optimize data models, applying normalization and best practices to guarantee data consistency, accessibility, and integrity.
Advocate and contribute to best practices in code quality, system architecture, and engineering standards.
Contribute new features, fixes, and refactors to the existing code
Work with other engineers in following the test-driven methodology in an agile environment
Collaborate with other engineers and Product Developers in a Scrum Agile environment using Jira and Confluence
Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team
Ability to create and review documentation and test plans
Estimate task sizes and regularly communicate progress in daily standups and biweekly Scrum meetings
Coordinate with other teams across offices and departments .
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
We are looking for 3-4 years of Total experience Full Stack Engineer for this role.
Good technical, collaborative, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge on Python is required.
Experience with Vue , Data Bricks and AWS
Working experience on APIs is a must .
Relational database experience, preferably with POSTGRES
Experience with Github-based development processes
Working experience on AWS services, Lambda, EC2, S3, AWS Glue etc.
Proficiency with object oriented design principles
Experience building and deploying production level services
Organized, self-directed, and resourceful with the ability to appropriately prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have skills
Should be able to comprehend Python applications
Work experience of Jupyter Notebooks is plus.
Familiar with Agile software development (Scrum is a plus).
