As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
Job responsibilities
Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.Apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals.Develop AI-integrated workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Agent ProtocolBuild backend services with Java Spring Boot and frontend interfaces with ReactDeploy and maintain AI solutions on AWSIntegrate AI systems with enterprise platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutionsAdhere to JPMC technology standards and security protocolsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience Proficiency in Python and Java Spring BootExperience with React for frontend developmentHands-on experience with AWS servicesExperience with LangChain, LangGraph AI frameworksKnowledge of Agent Protocol and MCP serversFamiliarity with Git and agile developmentWillingness to work on teams that develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA, Hibernate, SwaggerExcellent understanding of security standards, such as OAuth, TLS, JWT, Kerberos etc.Experience with log/metric collection and monitoring technologies, such as ELK stack, Dynatrace, GrafanaDemonstrate independent problem solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems
