Job responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting for technology products and applicationsWrites secure and high-quality code using at least one programming languageDesigns, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of system implicationsApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle to improve automation valueGathers, analyzes, and develops insights from large, diverse data sets to support secure, stable application developmentLearns and applies system processes and methodologies for developing secure, stable code and systemsAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient in coding in one or more languagesExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languagesOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
