This role serves as a key individual contributor on complex projects and may guide less experienced developers. **Primary Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and enhance applications across the SDLC. + Serve as a key contributor on complex, enterprise initiatives. + Maintain and support existing applications. + Provide technical guidance to junior developers. + Develop and execute test plans; debug and resolve issues. + Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and project inputs. + Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams. + Recommend improvements to technology, tools, and processes. + Ensure compliance with development standards, risk, and regulatory controls. **Education and Experience Required** + 5+ years of application development and systems analysis experience. + Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Web API, and ASP.NET. + Azure cloud development, including application refactoring/migration. + Experience with Angular, Entity Framework Core, and unit testing. + Solid understanding of SOLID principles, TDD, and clean coding practices. + Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Education and Experience Preferred** + Experience in financial services or banking environments. + Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Git-based repositories. + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
