Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining core features of the WCX application. You will work closely with product owners, QA, UX designers, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with our product roadmap and client expectations. Your contributions will help drive innovation, improve user experience, and ensure system stability and scalability.

Develop and maintain features for the WorkforceCX web application using modern frameworks and technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack

Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve overall system design

Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance product capabilities
