How will you make an impact in this role?

Our team is building a best in class Case Management platform to service our customers using modern open source technology operating in the cloud. So if you are interested in a career creating breakthrough software and making an impact on an audience of millions, look no further.

Responsibilities

Hands-on Java engineer with expertise in developing complex, large scale enterprise applications

Build highly scalable non-blocking microservices using enterprise framework based on Vert.x, Spring Boot

Core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices

Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation, participating in code review

Enable the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments

Collaborating with architects, product owners, developers and other scrum teams to deliver a quality product

Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies - influencing team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experienceHands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, SQL, ReactGood understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patternsHands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testingDemonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testingRESTful API development experienceExperience with continuous integration/deployment (Jenkins, Maven, XLR, Mockito, SOAPUI, JMeter, OpenShift, Public Cloud(AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker).Good to have if hands-on experience with any BPM frameworks such as Camunda, JBPM, etc.Must be aware or worked on distributed log analytics like Splunk, KibanaAbility to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on architecture and solution designWillingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience requiredPreferred experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), LLMs, Gen-AI and Agentic AI usage

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
