Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team focused on building innovative, end-to-end products leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) in the claims technology domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML, strong software engineering skills, and a passion for developing solutions that transform claims processing in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications for claims technology.Build scalable, secure, and robust end-to-end products, from concept to production.Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Integrate AI models and APIs into existing claims platforms and workflows.Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.Optimize application performance and scalability.Stay current with GenAI advancements and recommend new technologies and approaches.Document technical designs, architecture, and user guides.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML projects.Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.Experience in claims technology or financial services is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models to production.Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in financial services.Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for building user interfaces.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Posting End Date:
