A technical foundation in RDBMS with PL/SQL knowledge, Java, Unix/Linux and Python will be considered a strong advantage. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies and processes used within Wealth Management Compensation area. + Support the team in software development, database programming, batch monitoring/on call support and technical problem-solving. + Collaborate effectively with peers, mentors, and cross-functional teams. + Participate in requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging and deployment activities. + Document and maintain project-related information as needed. + Maintain a professional and positive approach in all team interactions. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
