**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies and processes used within Wealth Management Compensation area.
+ Support the team in software development, database programming, batch monitoring/on call support and technical problem-solving.
+ Collaborate effectively with peers, mentors, and cross-functional teams.
+ Participate in requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging and deployment activities.
+ Document and maintain project-related information as needed.
+ Maintain a professional and positive approach in all team interactions.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**What You'll Bring**
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or related field.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Positive attitude and a strong desire for professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of RDBMS, UNIX/LINUX, PL/SQL, Java, and Python.
**Skills**
**Agile Methodologies:** Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
**Application Design, Architecture:** Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
**Documentation Architecture and Design:** Knowledge of documentation architecture and design; ability to build efficient processes, use appropriate tools and technique , and create complete documentation portfolios for software or technology products.
**Software Development:** Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
**System and Technology Integration:** Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.
**Technical Writing/Documentation:** Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications.
