**About the Role:**
**As a CBRE Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.**
**This job is part of the Software Engineering job function. They are responsible for successfully executing and monitoring system improvements to increase efficiency.**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC), build high-quality, innovative, and performing software.**
+ **Ensure compliance with coding standards and technical designs.**
+ **Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.**
+ **Document feature specifications and identify operational feasibility.**
+ **Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.**
+ **Record and maintain software functionality; deploy programs and review user feedback; troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.**
+ **Provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.**
+ **Coach others and shares in-depth knowledge of Software Engineering discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.**
+ **Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information; take a new perspective on existing solutions.**
+ **Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.**
+ **Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.**
+ **Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.**
+ **Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.**

**What You’ll Need:**
+ **Proficient in application development languages and frameworks such as React, Node.js, Nest.js, C#, MS SQL, and T-SQL**
+ **Skilled in utilizing DEVOPS tools, including Azure DevOps (ADO), Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Azure Pipelines.**
+ **Expertise in programming languages like Java/Spring, .Net, AngularJS, Python, Go, and Swift, both on cloud platforms and device.**
+ **Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud technologies, including designing and deploying globally accessible, scalable applications.**
+ **Strong background in mobile application development.**
+ **Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies for application development.**
+ **Demonstrated expertise in application modernization by transitioning legacy systems to contemporary architectures, such as microservices, APIs, and always-on designs, with an emphasis on leveraging cloud technologies.**
+ **Proven hands-on experience with MongoDB**
