DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage team of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and UI engineers to support the business. Managing the velocity and output of full time professional JPMC employees working on AEM deliverables, overseeing their day-to-day duties, and assisting with obstacles by providing guidance and resources as needed. Define the roadmap for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and tech stack including tech upgrades and datacenter migrations. Architecture and design for AEM related business deliverables. Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality production code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure application development teams are adhering to standards and guard rails, /code is following secure patterns. Set the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration. Oversee the hiring and termination of employees based on performance goals and output metrics. Expertise in design and development of single page web application using React. Manage stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance to service level agreements, and business requirements. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) and foundational frameworks including Apache Sling, Apache Jackrabbit, OSGi, and Dispatcher; AEM workflow and asset management; Designing AEM and UI components based on business needs; AEM Architecture and web technologies; Maven OR Gradle build tools; web technologies including React, JavaScript and HTML; Agile SDLC and Application Architecture; J2EE; Java; REST; JSON; GIT; JUnit; automated testing; unit testing; user acceptance testing; and application containerization using Docker.
