Data Scientist:
Owns the full data science lifecycle from exploration to model deployment. Defines the scientific and analytical framework for the platform. Mentors junior model engineers and ensures AI initiatives deliver measurable outcomes..
Responsibilities:
Define modeling strategy and experiment frameworks.Lead feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and performance benchmarking.Translate business problems into analytical solutions.Ensure compliance, reproducibility, and explainability in all models.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Platform, and FinOps teams.
Skills required:
Expert in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch.Strong background in statistics, ML theory, and experiment design.Familiar with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Excellent communicator; proven record of leading AI research or production systems.Qualifications:
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.Preferred Work Experience (years):Bachelors degree and 2+ years or Masters degree with no experience.All Other Regions: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering
